A THIRD HARMONY, DAY-LONG RETREAT AT METTA CENTER FOR NONVIOLENCE
The Third Harmony Project includes a film, a book, and a cooperative board-game for adults. This retreat will draw upon elements of all three.

Who is this for?
Teachers, group leaders, practitioners of nonviolence.
Schedule:
Part 1: “The Third Harmony” Screening and Discussion
It will include a discussion on nonviolence as well as offer ways to use it in various areas in society.
Part 2: The Third Harmony: Using Resources from the Metta Center
This session will demonstrate various uses of the resources from the Metta Center for Nonviolence—The Third Harmony book, film, and board game. Expect introspective, social, as well as experiential modalities in this session.
About the Facilitator
Francesca Po, DPhil (University of Oxford) is a scholar of religion and nonreligion, peace activist, and spiritual teacher with 25+ years of experience in the field. She served in the Peace Corps in Kazakhstan, and is a member of the Board of Directors at the Metta Center forNonviolence.
